Shipping and Delivery

We work on a made-to-order basis and do not stock products. Every Linen Life Ideas piece is handmade in-house studio and thus production time varies from 2-5 business days. Shipment time varies on where you are based. Anywhere in Europe is around 1-2 weeks, whilst overseas 3-4 weeks. You may also choose Express shipment (2-5 business days).

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer various shipping options depending on your shipping address. Shipping costs will be calculated, added to your order, and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

All orders are shipped to your provided address during checkout. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend contacting your local customs for more information. All our items are produced and shipped from Lithuania (EU).

Please note that uncollected items are not refunded.

If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning products to us.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an order is declined, not picked up, or not acknowledged within the designated time period, and this results in the order being sent back to us, we will refund the order and charge a fee of €20 deducted towards shipping and handling fees. If an order is returned to us due to failure to pay the required customs/ taxes for the order, we will charge the amount of the customs that the country in question charges us, the amount for this can vary. If you have any questions about this or would like for us to send a receipt to you stating the customs charges, please contact us at AB.linenlife@gmail.com. If you have any questions or issues about the customs charges, please contact your local customs office to resolve the situation.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We ensure all packages sent out are quality-checked when leaving our studio. Any damage that occurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to us at AB.linenlife@gmail.com immediately.
