RETURNS

Please get in touch with us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! 

Please email us at AB.linenlife@gmail.com within 4 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. The returning item must be returned in original packing and not used, not damaged, and with the original label. We just want to note, that we do not cover returning shipping expenses, and returning shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. To return the parcel to European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) buyers have 14 days and the others 30 days.

Returning parcels have to be sent to us back with the Tracking and Sign shipping service, and provide us with the tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The items can’t be returned or exchanged:

– custom orders

– gift cards

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If You would like to exchange an item, please contact us via AB.linenlife@gmail.com, and we will try to solve the problem. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
